About Us
Fraser has been woodworking for over two decades. He turns a lot of wood on his lathe and creates pepper mills, pens, bottle stoppers and bowls. He has also made sculptures out of wood including some amazing masks. Additionally he a mixed media artist creating paintings both small and large. You can view them on his Instagram page!
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we'll discuss the return options.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. Refunds will be provided after we receive the original item in its original condition.
We accept refund requests if your item breaks due to a manufacturing problem. We make the items ourselves, by hand. We do our best to ensure top quality craftmanship but sometimes things happen!
Shipping
All shipping will be done through Canada Post using their regular rates and delivery times. Tracking details may not be available.
If you require faster shipping, please email me at hello@woodfanatic.ca and let me know what type of shipping you require (priority, first class, etc.).
If you are located outside of Canada your purchase may be subject to duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. Wood Fanatic is not responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes and not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
